DECclic Moodle administrators received a request regarding a note-repository resource creation in a Moodle course.

Needs description : “Each course has a folder and the students and the note takers remain anonymous to each other. Note takers are able to upload their notes into the appropriate folder and registered students are able to download the notes that they are authorized to have access to.”
